Dental Crowns
Dental crowns are hollow, artificial teeth that are placed over an entire decayed or damaged tooth to restore its original size, shape, and colour. Dental crowns help strengthen and change the appearance of a broken tooth that may otherwise be lost.
Crowns are strong and can be made from different materials, including porcelain and metal. They look and function like natural teeth, and can last 10 years or more if cared for properly.
Dental Bridges
A dental bridge is a natural-looking restoration option that 'bridges' a gap of missing teeth in your mouth. Made up of one or more artificial teeth, the bridge is affixed to the teeth on either side of the gap to fill in the space.
A bridge helps to prevent your other teeth from shifting positions to fill the space, which can cause more serious dental issues including gum disease.
