Dr. Wells
General Dentist
DMD, Case Western Reserve University
Dr. Jeff Wells
Dr. Wells is a native of Mount Pearl, NL but is thrilled to finally call the West (best) coast of Newfoundland his home.
Dr. Wells studied Mechanical Engineering at Memorial University and worked in the oil and gas industry both at home and abroad for several years before changing careers. It was while working in Houston, TX that Dr. Wells met and fell in love with his wife Natasha. They – and their dog Max – moved to Cleveland, Ohio in 2010 so that he could pursue dental school at Case Western Reserve University, and in 2014 he graduated and went on to work at a General Practice Residency at the Cleveland Clinic. It was there that Dr. Wells gained experience with more complicated procedures such as surgically placing dental implants, bone grafts, and third molar (wisdom tooth) extractions.
Dr. Wells, his wife Natasha, and their two dogs Max and Charlie returned to Newfoundland in 2015. A year later, Dr. Wells and his family moved from Stephenville to Corner Brook and joined the practice of Dr. Wilson Loveys. In 2017 West Coast Family Dental was born and the rest is (recent) history.
When not in the office, Dr. Wells enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar and drums, and actively pursuing dental Continuing Education.
