Dr. Kaitlyn Rumbolt
Dr. Rumbolt was born and raised in Newfoundland, living in both Mary’s Harbour and St. Anthony before settling down in Pasadena. In 2010, she was awarded the Chancellor’s Scholarship upon her acceptance into Dalhousie University. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in 2014, graduating with distinction and receiving the Hugh Graeme Fraser Memorial Prize for academic achievement prior to her acceptance into Dalhousie University’s Doctor of Dental Surgery program. Throughout her dental education, Dr. Rumbolt participated in a long list of outreach and volunteer programs, which included serving as President of the Dal Action Habitat for Humanity Society, Volunteer Coordinator of the Dalhousie Dentistry Student Society, Coordinator of the Sharing Smiles initiative, and the dentistry representative on the Dalhousie Student Union. Prior to graduating in 2018, she received the Barrett/DAPEI Legacy Fund for her academic achievement and volunteerism. Upon graduation, she returned home to practice as a general dentist with a commitment to providing quality care and an aim to make dentistry a comfortable experience for all of her patients. In her spare time, Dr. Rumbolt enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, and exploring the west coast of Newfoundland.
